Is the IRM Risk assessment questionnaire visible on the NOW mobile app? Also can the user see the tasks assigned to him through a Risk assessment on the NOW mobile app?

Yes, risk assessment questionnaires and related tasks can be visible and usable on mobile, but only if the GRC Mobile workspace is enabled and the user has the correct roles.
