Hi, we are in the process of building a POC for Offline Mode on Now Mobile. I would like to expose a Catalog Item to the Offline cache and have installed the Offline Support plugin, set the Now Mobile app to be available Offline together with the various out of the box action items/data items etc but the tile for the Catalog Item is still read only, I can see it as a non-admin user but it doesn't allow me to open the Cat Item. What else needs to be done to introduce a Catalog Item to Offline Mode?
Thanks

@Padraig O_Kane1
Verify the Prerequisites
Confirm Offline Support (com.glide.mobile.offline_support) and Now Mobile plugins active; set catalog item Availability to “Mobile / Desktop”. Clear instance cache (cache.do). Assign non-admin roles like sn_now_mobile_user_lite or custom offline roles.
Thanks

Thanks Shailendra, all plugins/settings configured as above. I've gotten a step closer though by opening the Function in Platform view and setting the Offline checkbox to true (the ability to set the checkbox on Mobile App Builder isn't available). The tile is now visible and no longer read only, however when I click into it whilst in Offline mode, I'm now getting 'Webpage not available'. Seems that the Catalog Item page isn't configured for Offline where as the URL function is.

I was simply missing a configuration on the Function (platform view), basically had to set Show Functions to the Function I was referencing. I can now submit the Catalog Item in Offline mode 😍
