Hi Everyone,
Is anyone using the Outage in the Agent Mobile app? If so, could you please share how you are ending an outage from Agent Mobile?
In Service Operations Workspace, we are using the OOTB "End Outage" UI Action, which automatically populates the end date and time. We are trying to configure the same functionality in the Agent Mobile App using an Action Item to replicate the End Outage behavior.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
