Problem with HTML variable Auto-population in Agent App Input Form

Hello everyone,

 

We've recently updated the Description field type to HTML on the incident form in ServiceNow. Our clients are using the ServiceNow Agent Mobile App, and they've encountered an issue when attempting to update the incident. While the HTML content displays correctly on the details screen, upon clicking the "edit incident" action item, the input field for the description auto-fills with the existing value from the form, but it does so in an improper format.

If anyone has experience working on this particular requirement or has encountered a similar issue, your insights and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you work out this issue?

I am attempting to update a html field also. But when the html content is changed and submitted the changes are not updated.
