Hi, I am unable to add the section Raise an IT Issue on the Mobile App for the end-users.
Unfortunately, I looked around on the forums and guide, they seem to be outdated due to the fact that these posts and comments are 5-6 years old. ServiceNow has made changes and it becoming very difficult to navigate through the options and configure it.
We recently implemented ServiceNow using their recommended partners, who unfortunately did half the job and went away.
