I have just started with a new organization and need to remove my former organization's ServiceNow instance from the ServiceNow Agent - Intune app on my mobile device. Removing it from ServiceNow Agent was very simple, swipe to the left and you see Delete as an option. With ServiceNow Agent - Intune I can go to Settings and "Log out", but I still get notifications and need to remove the instance completely. I can find nothing within the documentation on how to do this. Has anyone else had this issue?

For those of you who may also encounter this issue here is what I did to resolve it:
On my personal cellular device (Android) I went to Settings > Apps & notifications > See all xxx apps > [searched for Company Portal] > Storage & cache > Clear storage and also Clear cache.
The above steps removed the old instance from my Agent - Intune app.

Hello,
I suggest you ask for 'HI' access to new organization and ask 'HI' team to remove old credentials. That would be simple. Mark my answer as correct if that helps.

I will see if HI can help me. I now have access to the portal with my new organization and can open a case. I will let you know the results.

Hello blairedanny,
can't you just remove the app and install the standard one? Intune is supposed to be controlled by the organization.
Regards, Ivan

I did attempt to uninstall the app, however if you reinstall it (in case your new organization will use it also for authentication) the old instances still remain. Even clearing the storage from the app does not remove the old instance from the list.
