Field Service Mobile Swap part

Hi,
Working instance Australia

I'm trying to swap parts in ServiceNow Field Service Mobile and I'm having an issue when using barcode scanning.

I am able to scan the barcode successfully. I tested scanning one barcode at a time using:

  • Serial number
  • Asset name
  • Asset tag
  • sys_id

When I enter the value manually, the error disappears and I can complete the part swap successfully.

However, when I use Scan to Swap, I get an error.

Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows what field/value the barcode scanner expects during the swap process?
