Shortcut suggestion

Hello everyone,

If this isn't the appropriate place for my suggestion, kindly guide me to the correct destination.

Recently, I embarked on my journey with the ServiceNow platform and stumbled upon the incredibly handy shortcut, CTRL+ALT+i (on Windows), which enables user impersonation. As a fan of shortcuts, this discovery brought me joy.

The essence of this shortcut lies in its ability to spare us the need to navigate through the user menu to reach "Impersonate User." It's truly efficient and user-friendly.

However, I found myself a tad disappointed when I realized there's no complementary shortcut to end an impersonation. To halt the impersonation, one is required to resort to the user menu and select "End Impersonation." This, understandably, negates the practicality introduced by the initial shortcut.

I'm curious to know if there's a rationale behind the absence of a shortcut for ending impersonation. It seems like a logical progression to ensure a seamless workflow.

Thank you in advance for your insights.
