Hi Joao,
The Orlando implementation guide can be applied to New York and beyond instances. The only difference is that you will see some supported features (Photo Search, Mobile Analytics, Branding, etc) not available in New York. All of the rest of the information still applies and is valid across both instances.
Best,
David

Hi ,
CSM Mobile app is different from ITSM app or both can be clubbed into one? If we talk about Agent mobile app can we club the functionality of ITSM and CSM together as CSM comes with Service management integration and based on the role, the agent have, he will have the access to case or incident/problem or change etc. is it possible?
can we club these two via single app configuration .
Thanks !!

Hi Deepika,
This is definitely possible if you configure on Platform UI (Outside of Mobile Studio)
Any applet, applet launcher, function, etc can be reused across different scopes. You may just need to apply or re-adjust roles from the out-of-the-box BU apps.
We will be also hosting a mobile app academy on this topic (re-using out-of-the-box components across different BU apps and different clients) on June 9th. Feel free to join us and ask us questions directly during this live session.
Best,
David
