Knowledge Articles are not available while search in now mobile

Hi All, Recently I am working on now mobile, I enabled the knowledge base for Now mobile it is showing in Information tab.But when I search a keyword related to article it is showing under articles in search bar.Also I have seen few Community post I tried it is not working.

 

I checked KBKnowledge Script Include is Accessible from All Application Scope.

under system Mobile >search Application Configurations>NowMobile App Search Configurations for Services and Articles I see under related Search sources people,articles,services are present.Also I added Search source profileas Default search profile Search engine as Zinc .Still it is not working .Should change search profile and search source.

please give any solution

Check the condition of each of your search source (knowledge/service/articles). Check if you are searching with the term relevant to those article conditions.

I tried all the recommended steps but still couldn’t get search to work in the Now Mobile app. What finally worked for me was this:

I went to the "sys_search_context_config" table and found the record for “NowMobile App Search Configurations". The Search Engine was set to Zing, so I changed it to AI Search. After making that change, search results started appearing in the Now Mobile app as expected.
