Ui Rules in Details Screen - ServiceNow Agent

Hi guys, I have a problem where I need to add a cascading field type to the details screen of the work order task of the servicenow agent.

First of all, those first 3 fields  are from the case table, after adding the fields to the screen and trying to edit by selecting one of their choices it doesn't save the selected option, it just returns to the screen with this empty "error".

Secondly, I'd like to know if anyone can guide me on how to make these ui rules on this details screen to hide the fields, do I do this via the card? I've created ui policies on the platform but I can't replicate them on the mobile app.
