Unable to see 'Messaging Apps Integration' on Vancouver Release

Already installed all necessary plugins for Integration between ServiceNow and Microsoft teams, I followed the "pre-published app" configuration documentation for Teams Integration with ServiceNow. Installed the Azure Apps &  Conversational Interfaces under Channels and Integrations.

I noticed that on previous versions such as UTAH below the "Messaging Apps Integration" exist but on Vancouver it does not. Now my Virtual Agent on MS Teams is not working

The Virtual Agent only shows this text :

"Hello, I can help you find answers, file requests, and complete routine ServiceNow tasks using chat. You need an active ServiceNow account to get access to everything I can help with. Please reach out to your ServiceNow administrator to set up the services. You can also contact us at https://www.servicenow.com/contact-us.html."

It does not show options like a normal VA would when it's installed in Teams, like : "Link to ServiceNow", "Start", etc.,

I have tried initiating a conversation with all the possible message such as "hi","start","bye","restart", still it does not respond.

Thank you in advance for those who can respond!
