Unable to view attached excel sheet (.xlsx) file type in the Agent Mobile app after Xanadu upgrade.

Hi Everyone,

 

After the Xanadu upgrade it came to our notice that we are unable to view the attached excel sheet files (.xlsx extension) in the Agent Mobile app. Is this a recent change by ServiceNow via the latest upgrade?

Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

While opening the attached file, it gives error as: "Unsupported file type".

Yes, This is Xanadu upgrade issue and has been fixed in 'Xanadu Patch 2 Hot Fix 1'
