user table not displaying all fields

All of a sudden on my PDI, the user table is not displaying all form fields, context menus for saving, showing xml etc. Pls can someone help with troubleshoot steps

Way too little information to assist, except for the usual things: check the ACL's, UI policies, Client scripts, views, etc.

Check if you have the correct role.

What changed before this started (check sys_update_xml)

Log out and back in with an admin account and if not available, again from the developer site.
