When I enter my test instance name to log in to Now Mobile, I get an unauthorized_client error

- I am unable to get to the login screen on my test instance

- I have been able to set up Now Mobile in our dev instance, which should be set up the same, but obviously something is different

- we have SSO set up, through Azure AD, same settings in both instances

- after I enter in my instance name, the error message displayed is

unauthorized_client: The client credentials provided (those of the service you are using) are either not valid or not trusted

Hi @cbester , from OOB instance, go to System Oauth >> Application Registry >> export "ServiceNow Request" file and import it back to the target instance. That's how I fixed this issue, hope it helps you.

I have attached the XML file just in case you can't find it

Thanks,

Shodi

^^^  This is the oauth_entity record needed in order to use the Now Mobile app!  Thank you!
