Why now assist search icon is not showing in search bar in esc portal

hi All,

 i confignured now assist in VA and added default portal to esc.Actually now assist is working while searching but the searchbar is not showing now assist icon.also if search it should show like now assist and search.

I don't understand exactly the issue, you mention search bar and VA, it seems to be two different things...

Can you maybe add a screenshot and indicate what's wrong?

just out of curiosity.. how is the link you shared (simulator task) related to the Now Assist search, portal icon or virtual agent? 😛
