Why now assist search icon is not showing in search bar in esc portal

hi All,

 i confignured now assist in VA and added default portal to esc.Actually now assist is working while searching but the searchbar is not showing now assist icon.also if search it should show like now assist and search.

Hi All, Actually the  issuse is in search bar placeholder is search but it should be now assist icon and ask for help now assist or search right .but when i search below results are showing answers generated by now assist
