dynamically change the "Create opening message" teams

Hello Expertes,

 

I am trying to make the the "Create an opening message" field value dynamic based on the incident deatails.

But currently as OOTB this is maintained a hard coded message on "sn_tcm_collab_hook_chat_config" table.

 

Can anybody suggest how can i do that, i know the ui pages, ui macros and script include of this functionality but struggling with the jelly script where should i need to make the changes.

 

Please suggest

@Ankur Bawiskar you might need an idea on this, if this is possible or not, I have seen few simillar post where you replied this type of questions for teams integration, Probably you can help me quick on this, that's why tagging you here.
