Getting error while clicking on "Employee Portal" in TEAMS.

Hi Team,

Please help to resolve the access issue of "Employee Portal". Getting error while clicking on "Employee Portal" option. Able to open the Employee Portal when select the option "Go to website" but portal page is not visible in Teams window.

It looks like you don’t have full access to the SN app.

This is a known error introduced in Australia. You can fix by upgrading to Australia Patch 6. Or implement a workaround of creating a public page. Refer: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB3137145
