Issue: Self-configured Bot installation is not completing in Microsoft Teams integration.
Configuring Microsoft Teams integration with a Self-configured Bot on our Instance02 ServiceNow instance.
When we select Integrate with Self-configured Bot, enter the required bot details, and click Submit, the installation does not proceed and no confirmation message is displayed.
I have verified the required details and performed several checks, but could not identify a configuration issue.
Also noticed that the Microsoft Teams/Virtual Agent installation flow has an existing tenant mapping referring to another ServiceNow instance (Instance01). Instance02 is intended to use the Self-configured Bot independently, as we cannot modify the existing Demo01 configuration.
Expected: The Self-configured Bot installation should complete successfully and proceed to the confirmation page.
Actual: Clicking Submit does not complete the installation.
