Hi Team,, I have done cloning from Prod to DEV. After Cloning my integration is not working.

The primary reason is that the endpoint may  have been copied from Production to Development, which could be causing the failure.

What exact error are you receiving? Sharing the error message or a screenshot would help identify the root cause.

Hi @ysudileti

Manually change the

Integration end point ,

Http method end point and

token ( credential ) ,

if needed, freshly generate the token in case of Oauth

Note that these settings will override the values configured in the Dev environment unless they are added to the Exclude/Preserve list.

Please Accept the solution if it assisted you with your question & Mark this response as Helpful.

Hi @ysudileti ,

You can check these below things to validate what could have been overwritten from Prod in dev

  • Check REST Message logs.
  • Check Outbound HTTP Requests.
  • Check ECC Queue (if MID involved).
  • Verify Credentials/Aliases.
  • Verify OAuth tokens.
  • Verify MID Server status.
  • Check System Properties for integration URLs and enable flags.

Thanks,

Danish
