How to change the keywords for virtual agent in teams?

We have integrated Virtual agent with teams. we have couple of questions

1. There are certain keywords like Hi, Hello, Bye etc., can we change or deactivate those key words ?

2. Teams is showing the message pop even when the teams window is active, can it be changed ?

I figured out the commands are available in sys_cs_contextual_action table. related documentation is available in the below URL

Virtual Agent integration with messaging apps (servicenow.com)

however I am not able to edit the records in this table.
