Integration HUB Spokes

We are performing the integration with Teams through the spokes of the Integration Hub, using the actions 'create chat' and 'post message on a chat.' The action worked correctly and created the chat, sending a message; however, the issue is that the chat and the message are being sent by the same user who authorized the token.

In other words, the message is being sent by a personal user and not by a ServiceNow user, for example.

How can we change it so that the message is always sent by a generic user?

It's worth noting that Azure SSO is being used, and whenever the approval is done, the user's account is automatically selected.
