Hi Everyone,
We are trying to integrate Major Incident Management with Teams. We are currently recommending customer to use SOW to manage their Major Incidents. all current documents for Major Incident Management indicates that out of the box integration is available in Major Incident Management Workbench. Is this also available in SOW (Service Operations workspace) ?
