Hi!
I'm working on MS Teams integration using "IT Service Management for Microsoft 365" plugin, which includes "Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams". After instalation and manifest upload the integration seems to be working fine(portal is there, chat can be initiated from tickets), but the VA chat is not offering the option to connect to Servicenow but says:
"Hello, I'd like to help but I'm not set up yet. You need an active ServiceNow account to get access to everything I can help with. Please contact your ServiceNow administrator to set up the services."
What am I missing? should I separatelly instal this integration?
Or could it be because we are using Virtual Agent Lite? According to documentation I would expect it to still provide basic chat options, just without an option to customize?
