MS Teams Integration

Hi,

 

We are looking to integrate ServiceNow with MS teams. We want to utilize the MS teams for Major incident (Incidnet_alert) conference calls and messages. So what are the options we have and dependencies. I know we can utilize the integration hub and teams spoke. Is there anything else we need to utilize to make conference calls from major incident record?
