Broken images in carousel input in virtual agent topic in Teams

Hi all,

 

We have a Carousel input node in a topic that displays clipboard images for the virtual agent.

When you trigger the carousel in the virtual agent in ServiceNow, the clipboard images appear just fine. 

However, if you go to Microsoft Teams and trigger the topic, the images appear broken.

Here is the code that displays the images:

As you can see, it's a svg image.

Can anyone please help? Trying to figure this out as soon as I can.

ahoy @Patrick Tipps1,

 

do you have a chance to update the image with any other format than svg? to see if more extensions end up broken in Teams side or only svg and for example png or jpeg work fine.

 

Could you try this or not possible?

I've tried updated the image format from svg to pdf but the carousel images appear very blurry... I've tried to so many different sizes for the images but no matter what they display the same level of blurriness

@Patrick Tipps1 and the connection between SN and Teams is set via spoke? if so, it seems that it will be issue somewhere between which is out of our possibilities to change anything ://

Maybe you can create a case from the Support Portal
