I have a bit of a weird question. I'm being tasked with integrating Microsoft Teams into our ServiceNow instance. We want to allow our users to open new incidents, check on active incidents, and access the Employee Center all directly via Teams. I've tested this out on one tenant and works perfectly BUT my question is:
Is it possible to connect more than one Microsoft tenant to a single ServiceNow instance? I've looked at a few KB's, some videos produced by ServiceNow, etc all saying that it should be possible but I can't seem to find where to add the additional MS tenant.
