I am trying to see if it is possible in some way or another to have the Conversational Interfaces piece of the Microsoft Teams Integration be in multiple instances. I started it in a dev instance and moved it through to QA, and then prod, but obviously no more than one instance at a time. I have referenced this SNOW doc: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-servicenow-platform/page/administer/virtual-agent/task/team... but am slightly unsure on a specific note on that page if it is saying if this is possible or not. The exact note I am looking at is " The ServiceNow instance that you will use to integrate with a single Microsoft Teams tenant must not be an instance that you have used for installing Conversational Integration with Microsoft Teams in the primary method of integrating only one ServiceNow instance with one tenant." Is this saying that there is another way to integrate this with multiple instances or if you have this installed on an instance then you cannot integrate that instance in other ways because of it?
Any insight or clarification on this issue would be appreciated. Thank you!
