Teams App Button is not loading the specific conversation

I'm having a strange issue after implementing MS Teams Integration, the two buttons which appear once you've started a teams chat ("View in teams Desktop App" / "View in Web Browser").
The Web Browser takes me to the specific conversation within the teams web app for that incident, however when I try to load it in the Desktop app it just loads the desktop app on my last conversation.
I'm seeing no error's in the logs, or differences in the conversation ID generated in the URL, has anyone come across this issue before?

Hello @Community Alums ,
I think it's happening because of the new "Teams" app. Seems like it doesn't support the link to open the exact conversation. ServiceNow needs to update the link to make it compatible with the new Teams app.

Has anyone found a solution for this yet? We are also experiencing this when clicking on the "View in teams Desktop App". It just opens the regular Teams screen and you have to search for the chat related to this ticket. Thanks
