Hi All,
Has anyone used 'GRC: Approver Configurator' app functionality on 'Policy Exception' table for dynamic approvals configuration.
Our customer has some conditional dynamic approval scenarios based on different scenarios at different levels, please share if this worked for you and how did it work for you. When I tried it, I was able to add Policy Exception table to Approval Configuration as a new setup, but it is not triggering the Approvals at all on the Exceptions table.
Thanks

Hi @vikaskumar76106 ,
You need to make sure you are selecting the right table which is "sn_compliance_policy_exception" in your case.
You can follow the steps below: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-governance-risk-compliance/page/product/grc-common/t...

Thanks for the response @Community Alums . Have you implemented this on the Policy Exceptions table and did it work to trigger approvals on the Exceptions table?
If we check this documentation, it does not mention the Exceptions table name in the list - Base system tables configured with GRC: Approver Configurator
I wanted to confirm if this is totally correct or not, since after setting up the Approval configuration, it still was not triggering for me.
