How to Hide delete option for Parallel Feedback and review right side panel of record

Hello Team,

I need help with to hide the delete option on feedback task right side panel on records.

I was unable to find the way to In activate the Delete option. For the reference I am posting an Screen shot.

Hi @MuppuriNagaraju

Try this approach

1. type sys_declarative_action_assignment.list in your navigation filter

2. Filter the list where Table is your feedback table and Label is Delete.

3. Open the record and uncheck the Active box to turn it off completely

4. Save the record

I tried what you are said. I observe that it would not work well. Can you please provide me any other suggestions.

Delete functionality is restricted to the feedback creator and reviewer (the owner of this feedback) and is not accessible to the respondent. This design decision was made to allow flexibility in cases where incorrect feedback needs to be removed. To better understand your requirement, could you elaborate on the use case for hiding the delete option?

Hello @ThineshT, Thanks for responding.

As per my use case I wanted to hide the Delete button for every one(Include respondent and reviewer also). I was wondering about finding the exact delete button. I tried with some declarative actions. But it is not useful. I am unable to find that button configurations. Can you please help me out.
