Issue with the flow

Hello Team,

I have updated a flow and activated. However when I am testing it by submitting a catalog item (Flow attached to item) from the portal, The previous version of the flow is executing instead of updated version. 

Can someone help, how we can trouble shoot this?

Can you please check, updates done by you has been saved successfully or not and then you activated it or not .

Yes @Aditya_hublikar , Updates i have made was saved and activated the flow. Still it is executing the previous version

@AlwinJebakY  I did check but couldn't see the updated step on the flow execution

make sure you flow reporting setting are selected to -> Full: All Configuration and runtime values

@yashkamde Currently the reporting level is showing as below image but when i click on dropdown, it is not showing any other options.
