Hi Buddy,
I havent seen a documented hard limit from ServiceNow on the number of Scope Risks per entity in RAP. In practice, it tends to be constrained more by performance and form/list usability than by a platform-enforced cap.
A few things to check:
Whether your RAP configuration includes any business rules, UI policies, or data policies that restrict creation volume.
If you’re seeing issues at higher volumes, review list/form performance and related record loading for that entity.
Confirm table-level limits or indexing on the Scope Risk table being used.
Most implementations handle dozens to hundreds per entity without issue, but once volumes grow reporting, loading, and assessment workflows can slow down. If you’re hitting a specific ceiling error, save failure, or performance degradation that would help pinpoint whether its a confiiguration constraint or a platform behavior.
