Risk Statement Name is not available in Group by Tab for reporting

I am trying to create a dashboard report for Risk statement and the name field is not available for Group By tab. However, it is available in Additional Group By, so not able to understand how to get that field in group by field.

Also, Want to have the drilldown by drilldown doesn't have option to put condition filter. Is it any other way or alternative to get it done?

Not sure why you are not able to see "Name " in group by, because i can see it:

Check if you are using the Correct Table and you are in the correct Application scope :
