Hi Buddy,
This behavior is actually normal in Compliance Workspace, and it can be confusing at first i know it was for me 🙂
In Workspace, the New button you see on related tabs like Risk statements under Control definition is not controlled by classic UI Actions at all. Workspace completely ignores UI Actions. Thats why you don’t see a “New” UI Action record and why checking there doesnt help.
In Workspace, that button is driven by Declarative Actions.
Since your seeing:
The Declarative Action in an inactive state, and
No corresponding UI Action,
that inactive Declarative action is the reason the New button is missing for CDO / CDO Delegate users.
What I’d suggest checking :
Go to Now Experience Framework → Declarative Actions
Filter by:
Table = Risk Statement
Action type = Create
Open the relevant action and verify:
It is Active
It is scoped to Compliance Workspace
The role conditions include the CDO / CDO Delegate roles (or roles they inherit)
Also confirm the users have Create ACL access on the Risk Statement table
Clear cache and reload the Workspace
This also explains why the New button still appears in the classic related list view; classic UI uses ACLs and related lists, while Workspace relies entirely on Declarative actions.
Once the Create declarative action is active and properly scoped, the button should appear in Compliance Workspace.

Hello @Matthew_13 ,
Thanks for Respond
My problem is I am seeing the button under risk statements related tab on control definition record. But when I search for the new button declarative action. I found there is one new button Declarativ action is there. But it is showing in In-active. If it is showing In-Active why It is appearing on related tab. I am unable to find solution why happening like this behavior.
