submit BCM plans for review and/or approval

In the BCM Workspace, I have plans in Draft status, but the buttons to enable submission for review and/or approval are not available.  Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Hi @jhammond944 ,

If the user has either of the Below roles, only then those buttons are visible:

sn_bcm.admin, sn_bcm.program_manager, or sn_bcm.planner
