Currently, there is no native "out-of-the-box" Spoke for Wolters Kluwer TeamMate in the Integration Hub.

 

You will need to build a custom integration using REST APIs. Here is the standard approach used for this tool:

 

  1. Request the API Documentation: Contact your Wolters Kluwer representative and ask for the "TeamMate Connect API" guide. They do not publish this openly; it is restricted to clients.

  2. ServiceNow Configuration:

    • REST Message: Create a generic REST Message in ServiceNow targeting the TeamMate endpoints (usually for creating/updating "Issues" or "Audits").

    • Authentication: Typically requires an API Key or OAuth, depending on your TeamMate version (TeamMate+ or AM).

    • Automation: Use Flow Designer with the "Rest Request" action to trigger these calls (e.g., When a Remediation Task is closed in ServiceNow -> Update Audit Issue in TeamMate).

 

Since no pre-built connector exists, this will require a custom development effort.
