Is there a single table or OOB view in ServiceNow IRM where I can see all completed Smart Assessment instances in one place?

You can check Completed Smart Assessments in ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) can be tracked in one place using the sn_smart_scoring_metric_instance table, which stores the assessment scores.
