Workspace Field Visibility

Hello Experts,

I am encountering an issue where the value of a [choice] type field on the indicator template is not displayed in the workspace for certain users. However, for the same users, the field value is visible in the native view. This is a unique case where the field itself is visible, but the value isn't populating in the workspace. Could anyone kindly provide guidance or possible solutions to this issue?

How is the value populated in choice type field?

Is it via some script or harcoded values?
