Dear Community,
We are currently working with a questionnaire template for a risk assessment and are trying to establish dependencies between certain questions.
For example:
- Question 1: What is the likelihood of this risk occurring?
- Question 2: Did you take action from list A?
- Question 3: Did you follow the actions from list B?
- Question 4: Did you follow the actions from list C?
- Question 5: Did you follow the actions from list D?
Here’s the desired behavior we’re aiming for:
- When the user answers No to Question 1, it should trigger Questions 2 and 3 simultaneously.
- When the user answers Yes to Question 2, it should trigger Questions 4 and 5 simultaneously.
However, based on our findings, we have discovered that it’s not possible to establish a 1-to-Many dependency between questions directly in the questionnaire designer. As a result, we are exploring alternative solutions, such as using a flow designer and probably some customizations.
Has anyone encountered this challenge before? Any recommendations or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Best Regards,
