Hi,
I have started implementing TPRM for a client of ours and one of the discussion areas we are running into is the number of third-party tiering scales. OOTB and default we seem to have five levels yet the client is used to working with only three; low, moderate and high.
I though I could just remove the two outer levels and adjust the scoring to suit but I seem to be getting references to empty or missing records.
What would be the best way forward? Should I keep the default five and define, somehow three new levels specific to the client or is there something else I am missing?
I look forward to hearing how others approach this.
Colin

Hi @Colin15 ,
From the default values :
You cannot Delete or Remove the scales available unfortunately, However, you can create New ones.
So , my recommendation is to keep the default five and align your operating model.
