Dashboard query match error in PROD but no Issue in UAT

In Production there is an error “Part of the query on sys_portal_preferences has been ignored because of insufficient access for 'query_match' operation on sys_portal_preferences.portal_section” showing on a number of visualisations and some of them are empty, where there is data populated in UAT. The error affects multiple visualisations across the different tabs.

Hi,

 

This could be related to the following know defect on the platform - PRB1958610. This is fixed in Zurich Patch 6.

Hi, Thank you for your help.

I have checked the release note you have shared. But in UAT everything works fine and there's no read access has been provided to the sys_portal_preferences table and it's in zurich version. Only facing issue in Prod. Also some widgets missing. Now we noticed admin also getting some other error in that dashboard.
