How to edit the quick actions on Vendor Managment workspace landing page dashboard

Hi All,

How to edit the below quick action, I would like to rename one of the quick actions. Can anyone please guide me.

Did you check the workspace by opening in ui builder and then try to see which page is utilised and components used and there you will see name of this quick actions as highlighted in image shared by you.
