Issues on Smart Assessment (TPRM)

Hi Team,

We are facing multiple issues/challenges on setting up Smart Assessment capability.

1. As a TPRM Assessor, I am not able to answer/edit the external assesment. It is showing only read only(review mode). However documentation says Assessor can answer/edit the questions. (FYI, the property is already set it up with answer ). Also, can assessor submit the assessment as well or only update? need clarity?

2. As a third party contact, I cant craete any issue/task from vendor portal now. what is the workround for that? why this functionality is not avaiable?

3. with Smart Assessment, Issue generation rules are not working. I am trying to setup issue generation rule, it is not smart questions under selected external assessment. what is the workaround? how can we generate automatic issues/Tasks?

4. Also, Need scoring logic mechanism for smart assesment engine enabled, where can i see risk score calculated based on response with Smart assessment engine?

Please provide immediate repsonse, As currently we are deisgning the solution for a client and need your expert advise here.

Thanks,

Divya Saxena

Hi @connect2divya

Did you receive any response or clarification on the questions above?

I am particularly interested in the following point:

As a reviewer, I am unable to create Issues/Tasks from the Vendor Portal. Is this expected behavior with Smart Assessments? If so, what is the recommended workaround, and why is this functionality not available?

If you have received any guidance or found a solution, could you please share it?

Thank you.

Regards,
Sushma

@sushma_adiga can you tell me more as to why the TPRM reviewer or TPRM manager would not use the Vendor Management Workspace to create issues or tasks and instead want to create them from the Vendor Portal, which is designed to be the space for the third parties to submit due diligence questionnaire responses?
