Hello team,
My firm is currently using ServiceNow to manage the IT and other business process. During the conversations, I learned that the standard operating terms document is available on the CORE portal. I am trying to find the document but no luck. Can someone help me with the link or the latest copy? Please.
Please let me know if you have any queries, thanks!

Hi @BalaKavuluri ,
The same knowledge Article , we have a link to the core portal :
ServiceNow CORE is a self-service portal that provides ServiceNow customers with relevant documentation to help address regulatory questions relating to the use of ServiceNow, including those from internal audits, vendor assessments, FDA regulations, ISO, and SOX requirements.
Accessing ServiceNow CORE for Customers and Partners
CORE access for Customers and Partners is provisioned to Now Support account holders by the customer's Primary Customer Administrator who manages the company's ServiceNow instance. If you are a customer administrator and you need guidance on how to grant access to CORE, please see this article for instructions.
If you already have a Now Support account, you can reference the article here for information on how to identify your customer administrator
If you do not have a Now Support account, please reach out to your customer administrator to be provisioned one. If you do not know who your customer administrator is, please reach out to your internal IT department for further assistance.
CORE access for Prospects
Prospects may be provisioned temporary 30 day access to CORE by their account team.
Questions? Contact coreaccess@servicenow.com
Can't wait? Visit the ServiceNow Trust Site for our security overview and other publicly available compliance, privacy and security documentation. https://www.servicenow.com/company/trust.html
If you still cannot get the access, you will need to talk to ServiceNow Account Representative assigned to your company.

Hello @Community Alums, I think there is a disconnect between us. I am looking for standard terms and conditions agreement copy on the CORE portal. My ServiceNow admin has provided me with access to the CORE portal, and I didn't find the document on the CORE trust center or document page. Looking for the input on this, thanks!
