Two related issues we're having with the latest TPRM solution and viewing responses of returned vendor assessments:
1) From the Due Diligence Request, we can see the assessments returned from the vendor. However, when we click 'View Responses' (we had to re-add the column manually) it only opens the questionnaire instance record, not the UI to view the responses.
2) When we go to the legacy assessment record and click the 'View Responses' link, it does open properly, but there is no close button. There is no way to exit the view without using the browser Back button, or click a separate link/url.
Any thoughts?
This is all with the current release 17.0.6

Good news, this is no longer an issue.
1) My mistake and a member of my team pointed me in the right direction. The questionnaire responses are visible on the Risk Overview section, not the Questionnaires section. User error (me!).
2) I installed TPRM 17.0.7 this morning and the Close button is now visible. I'm assuming it was a fix in the patch.
