By Now, everyone would have gone through your new "Now experience" in San Diego. I would like to share this small information on how to re-enable the "header on the landing page" when it is closed by Fulfillers. As you know, whenever first-time user login on to Now experience, he will be land on a landing page with a header and link to guidance as below,
When the user goes through this header and guidance and in case he closes this header. He cannot enable this header and he always needs admin help to enable it. how to enable this header after any user closes it?
Here are the steps,
1. log in as Admin
2. goto User preference and search for "glide.ui.Polaris.landing_page_header_collapsed" and search for the user whom you want to enable or you can enable for everyone by changing the value to False. The user needs to log out/log in to see the changes
For Our Organisation, since we just upgraded, this guidance tour is very much required for fulfiller, we have enabled this option without the "close" button for a few days and then we made this a "need for basis"
