Wasn't at Knowledge 2023 (hopefully 2024) but this document looks really useful and detailed.
I think the overall UI of SOW is really good but some of the OOTB UX decisions are puzzling.
I find the Overview tab and its content layout as inefficient. Way too much real estate is given to Affected CI's for example.
I would love to see eye tracking and mouse tracking heatmap results for the Incident workflow screen for example.

could you please advise SowIncidentLandingPageUtilsSNC ux client script is different between instances?
In mycase I am not sure why, but DEV and QA (UAT) differ from each other as seen below
at first glance same plugins are installed
