1. Unified Navigation 4x Zoom Support

Enhanced Accessibility: When zoomed in 4x, Unified Navigation menus reflow into sub-menus for improved accessibility, complying with WCAG 2.1AA standards.

2. Language & Region Settings

User Preferences Addition: Newly integrated into User Preferences, this menu item allows users to adjust language settings based on instance enablement.

3. Unified Navigation Keyboard Shortcuts​

Customized Navigation: Context, user, and OS-sensitive keyboard shortcuts provide a streamlined navigation experience tailored to individual preferences.

4. Theme Builder v3.0.0

Component-Level Editing: Enjoy finer control over theming options with component-level editing, complemented by WCAG 2.1 AA contrast checking for enhanced accessibility. Additional components will be periodically added in future releases. Remember, Theme Builder is a Store Application; if features are not visible, check the application manager and refresh store connection.

5. Sidebar

Participant Suggestions: Agents receive recommendations for top experts who can expedite issue resolution, based on past interactions and category matching. Agents can still manually search for other users to add to sidebar discussions. Refer to the academy for more details on obtaining the participant suggestions feature.

6. Agent Chat

AI Chat Summarization: Empowers agents with AI chat summarization within the chat panel, enabling quick understanding of requestor needs for faster assistance. AI chat summarization can also be utilized during chat wrap-up time and on the Now Assist Panel within the workspace.

Chat Summary and Short Description on Task Creation: Auto-populates chat summary and short description fields when creating task records, reducing task creation time and summarizing requester issues effectively.

Feedback on Chat Summarization: Provides explicit feedback on chat summarization through Thumbs up/down, aiding the NOW LLM model in delivering more suitable results based on user preferences.
